I had a custom set of IEM molds created by Dr. Heche for my Shure KSE 1500's through Sensaphonics. She is their rep in NYC. First and foremost Dr Heche is a delightful person to be around. She radiates a joy, enthusiasm and caring that is so enjoyable to be with that is cemented firmly in place with the highest standards of profession work. The results? As a first time patient, I walked in Dr. Heche office and the environment was already inviting and comfortable for me. She was very attentive in speaking with me to address my concerns and issues of what I was experiencing.
